All customers must provide a current Certificate of Insurance for our file, naming Mark Woods as "Loss Payee" for full replacement cost of the T-Jib system and all of it's components, totaling $50,000, and $1 Million in general liability, against any loss, theft, damage to equipment, damage to location or injury to personnel or public, or any other peril which may arise before, during or after the use of the T-Jib and it's parts from the time the equipment leaves our door until it is returned. Also required, if we are to provide transportation, is Automobile Liability
· The dollar limit of the "Leased Equipment" must at least equal to $50,000.
· "General Liability" minimum of $1,000,000 each occurrence
· "Automobile Liability" in the amount of $100,000 (each Accident) for "Non-Owned" and "Hired Vehicles"
· Deductible provision of the above coverage may not exceed $2500, or a deposit may be required.
· Rental rates accrue until damaged good are repaired or replaced.
· Mark Woods Cinematography must be named as "Also Insured" in the liability portion of the lessee's insurance
